The recipes you’ll find here may not be your typical “weeknight” meals, as most “require” a decent amount of forethought, planning, and preparation.
I put “weeknight” in quotes, because that’s a term that a lot of blogs use for quick meals, and I put “require” in quotes, because there’s almost always a work-around or substitution that will work for any recipe, and if it’s not explicitly laid out in the recipe, I’m always happy to assist in making something more approachable - just comment or holler via the contact page.
I’d also like to note here that, to my knowledge, I am unable to insert emojis in any convenient way, so I’ve found myself using an asterisk on either side of my explanation of an emoji to denote when one is intended.
Currently we’re featuring a series of recipes inspired by The Andy Daly Podcast Pilot Project, called The Andy Daly Podcast Pilot Project Project.
Each of these is an embarrassingly specific reference to something they talk about or something that happens in said Project. If, as you’re reading through the recipes, you find yourself really wanting to get in on the joke, I can’t recommend the podcast highly enough.
Now is maybe a good time to point out, real quick, too, that I am in no way, whatsoever, can’t emphasize enough, involved with the podcast, I’m just a fan paying a kind of weird tribute.
ANYWAY CHECK IT OUT, COOL, THANKS.
